When you book me, upon signing the session agreement, you are required to pay the booking retainer via email transfer or through an invoice I will send you; which is 50% of the package. The rest of the balance is due on the day of the session.

I typically shoot outdoors 1- 2.5 hours before sunset (depending on our location) when the light is warm, soft and most ideal. If that is not doable we can talk about what an afternoon session looks like.
Indoor sessions usually take place early afternoon.

After chatting with your family, together we will find the best location that matches your family's lifestyle. Light is a huge influencer as far as locations go, it can make or break a session so I will go out scouting a few days prior to track the light and find the best possible spot. I have a few spots always on deck. 

NO STRESS! I have wild active kids and know the exact minute I ask them to slow down, they want to do the opposite. My sessions are very relaxed and not overly posed or scripted, so if your little ones want to run, let them run! 

We will talk about clothing ideas... I can even suggest some great shops to check out. If you don't want to spend any money on clothing, I have some beautiful dresses I would love to share with you! I also have a small collection of kids clothing that you are welcome to use!

Yes. We can decide on a flexible payment plan that works for you. Once your session is paid off, you will receive your images. 

Your private online gallery will be ready for viewing within approximately 2 weeks depending on how busy things are. Your proofing gallery will be delivered to you with a quick edit to the images. Once you select your faves, I will finalize the edits on those images and get them back to you for download.  

If I attended your birth,  your gallery will be ready in approx 1-4 weeks. Your images will be fully edited and ready for download.  

I will travel if I am available to. Please note, I do have a travel fee and charge 99¢ / km after 110km

Please note: mini sessions are not available when travelling outside of Red Deer County.

YES! of course! I love extended family sessions! It is so important to get in the frame with all your loved ones! 
 
*Please note that there is an additional charge of $400 on top of the Full Session package for extended family sessions. This gives you 40 images instead of the 25 images included with the Session package. 

If the weather is horrible (rain, snow) or if any of you are feeling unwell on our session date, I will happily fit you in on another date (where available.)
 
**Please note that Maternity & Birth sessions take priority. It's rare, but I may need to reschedule your session if a previously booked maternity session fell on a day with horrible weather or if I was sick. I may also need to reschedule if I am attending a birth.  If this happens I will shoot you a few extra images for the inconvenience.
